We would like to hear your opinion on a proposal to introduce a tackle-style halyard tensioning system, similar to the one successfully used in the 49er class.
This system would allow sailors to continuously adjust halyard tension while sailing, ensuring the mainsail remains fully hoisted at all times and enabling more precise control of sail shape throughout the race.
Your feedback is essential to help us evaluate this proposal and guide future improvements to the Class in line with the fleet’s needs and perspectives.
